Attorney Boe Bowen is a native Texan. He was born and raised in Texas and the first in his family to receive a post-secondary education when he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sam Houston State University at Huntsville, Texas, with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and History. In 2010 Boe began his legal career by entering the class of 2013 at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas.
During his tenure in law school, Boe remained extremely active by working as a research assistant, tutor, and participated in the mock trial program. Boe graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2013. Prior to becoming the Managing Member at The Bowen Law Firm PLLC, Boe clerked for the Harris County Attorney’s Office.
Boe Bowen is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is a Certified Mediator, Family Mediator, and Arbitrator that can offer his services in all Alternative Dispute Resolution Matters. Boe is also a member of the prestigious Texas Bar College.
Daniel joined the Bowen Law Firm in April of 2020. Prior to joining the Bowen Law Firm, Daniel worked for the Law Office of Bryan Fagan. He is a versatile attorney with experience in everything Family Law. His experience includes first-chair jury trial, several bench trials, and hearings. He has participated in and settled highly complex family law cases with millions of dollars in assets, and contested child custody issues.
Daniel prides himself on being able to handle emergency hearings. He has successfully defended clients in last-minute CPS termination cases, and last-minute protective order cases. Daniel graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the City College of New York in 2008. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2012. Daniel also obtained an LLM degree in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 2013.
In 2013, Daniel was admitted to the Texas Bar. Since becoming a licensed attorney, Daniel has developed a straightforward approach to the way he practices law. He is a straight shooter and expects the truths to be told to him from the beginning of the case to the end. Daniel understands the stress associated with lawsuits, and that is why he makes it a point to keep his clients informed throughout the various stages of the litigations. When he is not practicing law, Daniel likes to spend time in the gym. Daniel is a family man with a wife and three children.
Bri Holcombe is a Family Law Associate Attorney with The Bowen Law Firm, P.L.L.C. Bri is a compassionate listener that takes the time to emotionally understand her client's needs, allowing her to fight for her client's legal rights as their partner.
After joining The Bowen Law Firm as a law clerk, Bri shortly grew into the role of Associate Attorney. Bri is a graduate of Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, Tennessee. After graduating, she became licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee and was later sworn in as a member of the Texas State Bar.
Bri served as a judicial clerk under the Honorable Judge Roy Moore in the 245th Harris County District Court, one of Houston's nine family courts. She also interned at the Washington County District Attorney's office and Disability Rights Tennessee. In law school, Bri was presented with the College of Law's Best Performance Award and Cali Award of Excellence in Client Interviewing.
Prior to law school, Bri graduated from Baylor University, with a double major in Marketing and Management, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration. She is an avid sports fan that loves the Baylor Bears and Houston Astros! But what Bri loves most in life is her sweet "blacken-doodle” puppy, Astro!
Lena joined the Bowen Law Firm in 2018 as the firm’s leading Civil Associate. Her legal practice involves a wide spectrum of areas including, complex civil litigation, business formations, and various transactional affairs. Additionally, Lena represents individuals and families in estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters. She takes great pleasure in helping her clients navigate their legal roadmap when planning for the future, or facing the death of a loved one.
Lena was born and raised in upstate New York. She then moved to Jacksonville, Florida where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminology. Following her undergraduate degree, Lena went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law. While attending law school, Lena worked in the Immigrant & Human Rights Clinic where she advocated for Immigrant rights, fought and obtained lawful resident status for asylum victims, and helped bring families closer together. Prior to joining The Bowen Law Firm, Lena worked for Berry Appleman & Leiden, LLP, one of the largest corporate law firms in the world.
In 2017, Lena became licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Since then, she has developed various skills and strategies that allow her to effectively represent each client individually. With a vast majority of Lena’s cases involving highly emotional and sensitive issues, she strives to achieve her clients’ goals while minimizing their re-exposure to pain and grief. While she is an experienced trial attorney who is an aggressive advocator, she prides herself on her ability to resolve her cases outside of the courtroom, as she believes it is the most efficient and cost-effective way to get the best results for her clients.
